The Resiliency School specializes in supporting individuals and organizations thrive. Our process can be explored at various levels; from 90-minute workshops that reenergize to multi-week immersions that inspire positive momentum. Our mission is to support you in working through a stress response (reactivity) into the creative flow (design). Much of the curriculum is informed by years of study of the nervous system, anatomy & physiology, eastern medicine and cognitive process studies. This unique approach has proven beneficial to many as the world pace quickens again and we seek to move forward in a sustainable direction.
